Auction Time

It's not that we've been completely dormant during this moving and renovation period, but we've been purposely laying low waiting for the regulatory dust to settle on getting Birdsong Studio properly set up in Okotoks.  We're almost there and it's time to open up the flood gates of art.

The BIRDSONG STUDIO online art auction features a mix of originals and gallery canvas prints.  Six of the originals are hanging at 94 Take the Cake on Elma Street.  This is an awesome bakery and coffee shop run by Sherry and Ashley, two amazing ladies who have become great friends and supporters.  We're not over there every day grabbing coffee and treats....but almost every day.  So, if you're in the Okotoks area and want to see the 94 Take the Cake collection, do drop in and tell them I sent you. 

Everything else is hanging in Birdsong Studio 2.0 in Okotoks.  We are in the final stages of completing the renovation and should be ready to receive guests by the time that I return from Mindcamp in Ontario at the end of the auction.  We can't wait to show you the new digs and to hang our new sign thanks to our friends at Run Digital in Calgary.   

We are super happy to be supporting the United Way of Fort McMurray and Wood Buffalo and Rowan House as part of this auction.  Proceeds from the sale of two Special EPs will be donated to these amazing charities.
