An apology

I did something today that I rarely do:  I deleted a blog post.  If you are here looking for "The cost of play" you won't find it, because it is gone.

Like a few other times in my life, I used this platform to share my perspective on a topic that I am passionate about.  Unfortunately, in the process of trying to do that I inadvertently took away from the efforts of many hard working men and women who poured their hearts and souls in the WinterPLAY Festival.  While that wasn't my intention; that was the result.  I am truly sorry.

Having organized dozens of festivals over the years, I know too well the amount of work, personal sacrifice, and passion that goes into it.  The RMWB employees and the many volunteers who contributed deserve nothing less than our deepest thanks.
